Hmmm... no not at all.

The flange will look like a cross between the old one (basic shape):

Bump. Any updates? Are you going to be setting a set date for people to make deposits so you can get this started.
 
I've been hit twice, (front & rear) & melted a piston since this thread started, I'm still in, & ready to make the deposit...
 
I have a pond installation coming up next week that will pay enough for me to get all of the modeling stuff squared away, so I am going to do that and post up all of the detailed prints to make sure everyone is happy with them before taking anybody's deposits.

Here is a small sneak peak of the main flange though:

Oh and the Remote EGR stuff is all figured out. It will be very similar to the old block, but will be a pass through design instead of a 90* that feeds into the plenum. A hose will run into it from the exhaust manifold, then out of it to a fitting on the plenum. Planning on mounting it above the trans or under the intake mani... will play with that when I get the working proto.
