I have experiences that would make anyone's skin crawl. Everyone that knows me, knows that I'm a fairly sane and grounded person. I have gypsy in my blood x-generations going back and I've heard things about some of the women on my mother's side. Ask any friends growing up about me or Ghost. He will share some funky s*** with you. I've passed on whatever it is to my son and he sees and tells me stuff that he couldn't possibly know. I'm so used to wierd s*it happening around me, it's almost a second nature. And ANYONE that tells you "I wish I could see that..." is asking for it. Just like in the movie... that hair on the back of your neck or cold chill is usually exactly what you think it is.
Couple of things to remember by experience: You will feel it before you see it. If you SEE it, then you will be paralyzed in fear, unable to move. If it gets closer you'll be unable to look away, unable to speak, you will hold your breath because you're even scared to so much as breathe. Say a small prayer in your head and have the courage to speak out against it. If not, it may consume you. When you sleep, keep a light or lamp nearby. They HATE the light. Those that don't believe and fiddle with crafts and things they can't understand will eventually see something in their life they can't explain. If not today or tomorrow, one day possibly... and when that time comes, they'll wish that they never saw it.
And dont worry about that hazy picture. It's said that alot of "spirits" & "angels" love children. There are more recorded instances involving spirits and children than any other age group. You'll know it's a good spirit if you see the baby "coo"ing or laughing at thin air or for no reason. They're just playing with them. Usually young children and imaginary friends are really there.. just because adults don't see them, doesnt mean they don't exist. Children are also more honest and open to things we adults have closed our minds to. If you look back in history, you'll notice there are many paintings and books on children and angels than anything else. I was eating dinner alone earlier and the door to the living room kept moving. It's one of those slider doors so it was just moving in the casing, probably a draft. Still freaked me out a tinge tho. So now I'm sitting in this big room, in this big old ancient who-the-hell-knows-what's-happened-since-1740 house, all alone and getting freaked out. Thanks Lara! 
It would make sense, considering they would be going up and down those stairs all day if the master's in that room.
