Hey Guys.... Ive got an 06 Mazda3 sport 5 door....My clutch i am certain is wearing...1st gear has much less torque than when i got it..4000 rpm= 30-40 km/h...definite issue here i think. My launch was alot better when i got the car @ 65K Im looking to replace my clutch...What is recommended? ive seen clutch kits form mazdaspeed for 325 (Mazdaspeed USA Clutch Kits - Sport Clutch part# RAMS-8M-L01 for 325 on andys autosport) My friend who knows a wee bit more than me suggested skunk2 but im having a hard time finding one for my vehicle which makes me think skunk2 doesnt do mazda 3. Does anyone have ideas what i should be getting and replacing as well(flywheel maybe?) I will be adding more HP through a magnaflow cat back exhaust system and either short ram air intake or cold air..havent decided which im getting. So I would like a clutch which can handle that HP & touque.
