Get 2009 with good deal or wait for 2010?

One of my cars this weekend got totalled, so I need a new one to replace it. I can get a 2009 Mazda 3 i Sport with a pretty good lease now (better than the nationally advertised), but with the 2010s around the corner I'm hesitating. Should I wait?

2009 Pros:
cheaper

2010 Pros:
current styling
better mileage

Personally I decided to go with the 2009. I'm not a huge fan of the new front end, and right now, cheaper is a priority.

I will miss the keyless start and bluetooth and memory seat. But I can live with that for a low monthly payment (relatively speaking).

The 2010's will have better mileage?

Also, don't write off buying new - there are currently $750 rebates plus 0% financing for three years (something like 2% for 5 years).

If I got with a Mazda3 I would want a manual transmission and the 5-door hatchback. Not bad mileage by any means, but the larger Toyota Camry's and Honda Accords get better mileage. But honestly, the 2009 Toyota Camry is almost too big for my taste which is why I'm looking at the Mazda3's. (for what it's worth, there is currently a $2,000 rebate on Camry SE's bringing their price down to just under $20,000 after negotiations on the price).
