Gen 1 Engine mount life expectancy?

Folks, I have a gen 1 Mazda 3 that I replaced the engine mount (the one next to the engine) about 3-4 years ago, it started shaking when accelerating lately,
I wonder how long your engine mount lasts? I don't see any visual cracks like the old one I replaced.
Also, a CV-axle started clicking lately, too, do you think it is the CV-axle?

my 2008 has all original mounts as far as I know. My 2010 Mazda 5 with the exact same engine is the same.

I'm sure they'll need replacing soon.

Yes, it is not a big job- I just checked, the hydraulic fluid seems to be weeping from some tiny cracks, guess it's about time to redo it.
