niv said:the trick to fitting the hood is to get the screws for the hood on ... but loose... and position the hood where you want it.. then very carefully lift it back up and tighten the screws.
if the hood is higher in the front on one side than on the other, try taking a look at the latch itself just before it goes into the recieving catcher. it has to line up just right or it'll make the front torque and look like it's higher on one side. (and also be very hard to close) if that's the case try loosening up the 4 bolts holding the latch on and slide the latch so that it will come down in the middle of the latch lock channel.
