How much you paying, or should I say getting ***** for, for gas in your area? Where I am from we are now paying $1.12 CDN for just regular (89) octane gas. Not too sure what the conversion is to gallons, but all I know is that it is brutal.
They also said that gas will be going up here again before the weekend to $1.20-1.30 per litre. It is already up on the east coast of Canada. They are trying to blame it on the flooding in New Orleans, but we only import 8% of our oil from the states. The other 92% is refined in Canada....so I call BS on this price increase.
Pretty sad that I remember pumping gas back in high school in 1996 and gas was at 42.9 cents per litre.
