Gas prices dropping

I can't complain too much.. around philly it's $2.50 for 93 octane. A month ago it was $3.35. It's funny that nobody from government/corporations want to say why the gas has dropped so much. Couldn't have anything to do with the upcoming elections in November......hmmm. Even with the oil pipeline shut down in alaska the prices are still dropping. Yes there was a huge discovery of new oil by the US but it is yet to be tapped. Tensions are even tighter than ever in the middle east now with an inevitable war with Iran in our future.

What is everyone else paying? How about your thoughts. Maybe the oil companies have run out of room to store their piles of cash..lol.

philly! where in whilly are you? Im in center city... There seems to be a lot of people in the area. We should plan something before its starts getting too cold out

oh, and its $2.65 by me. When I go to visit my parents in Jersey, its only about $2.35

yeah well there is all the oil gauging the oil companies were taking advantage of. As soon as there was a congressional commision after them all the sudden the prices dropped. Now not matter if the pipeline broke; there is war in the middle east and they are burning the oil wells in kuwait; the price still drops. lol
makes you think what is the real cost of gas and what their margin must be. You have to think there is a zillion middle men taking their cut along the way too.

You dont have record windfall earnings when your pricing a reasonable margin. They better be investing that money into research for new finds, alternative fuels and other stuff that will help us... and them over the next 20 years.

Hell i found reguler for 2.49 at the worst gas station around,

Im still paying 2.92 For V-Powa!!!!

(aka $20 a day at the same gas station)

Its funny, I pull up to the Shell and they already know what im getting
sometimes i just get out of the car and go inside,and let the guy get in and pop the gas cap.
the guy that pumps my gas everyday just drules over it, it dont matter if theres 10 evo's lined up.
he owns a beat up 96 Protege and cant stop talking about the msp.


and then i go in and the old lady rings me up for my gas and a pack of smokes before im at the counter....


i dont think this is healthy?
