garrett t25...opinions step in please

Need to replace the turbo on my girls msp, have the option of picking up a good garret t25 out of a mitsubisho for cheap...question is and i know the msp has the t25 but will the mitsu t25 be a direct replacement?
Should i or should i not use it?

I don't think it's a direct swap as it's not entirely the same turbo. Yes, they are both T25s, but as far as I recall the Mitsu turbos were journal bearing instead of ball bearing like the MSP one, and it may also be clocked differently. But that doesn't mean you can't use it, it just might require a little extra tweaking to get it to fit.
