i had the fan, as a push fan, i think it can be worked as both.. its a really great fan. ppl used to sit in front of myc ar and warm themselves with it during winter nights in the parking lot...lol

But i dont know the specs on it i bought it so long ago.. form advanced auto parts.. it was a universal part.. ill guestimate and say its 12" x 12" around..
