Garage Door - Setting up Mirror

Okay so I just moved and now have a garage . I am wanting to setup the garage door programming as I have that feature in my mirror. Does anyone have the link to their website or instructions on how to do it? I did a search on the forums here and couldn't find it or either missed it. I also didn't see it in my owner's manual.

This is how i did mine which depends on your make and model of garage door opener.
Press button on garage door opener that programs new remotes (orange button?). Within 1 minute, press and HOLD the button on the mirror. Garage should give a click or light flash to confirm.
