People, I need to know what is this for? How can it affect fuel pressure, can it be adjusted? and how does this thing works?

Does anyone knows?

It's there to dampen pressure pulsations in the fuel rail. Can't be adjusted and you don't want to take it off. Just pat it nicely on its little head and leave it alone.

DON'T touch the screw on the thing! If you do, it'll become useless, essentially. =P My RX-7 tought me that. All it is is a small diaphragm that, when pressurized, opens a small amount to let fuel flow through evenly... It keeps stress off of the fuel lines, letting them last much longer, and keeps the injectors in check, as well. All good things. =)
