Fuel Pump Internals Help

Alright, I installed my Carpe Diem fuel internals today along with the high pressure spring. It was my first time and I'm pretty sure I did everything correctly. But when I went to test drive it, it acted sort of weird. First gear would go off great but when I switch to second, its like it takes forever to accelerate, and the same goes with the rest of the gears, it does okay in the higher RPM bands, but below 3, it just craps out. Any advice or help? The auto hobby place near me is closed on Sundays so I probably have to wait until Monday to see whats wrong. I think its the spring, so maybe I should put the stock spring back in?

take those CDI internals off asap. buy the kmd internals. the CDI have problems with the coatings.

Then what should I do with the CDI internals after? I put the old spring back on and lubricated the internal a little. It seemed okay but it still feels a little different..
