Fuel Management System and Dyno Tuning?

I'm from the Honda forum, not new to turbo's or cars. However, just had a friend that got his EvO repo'd so he's thinking about getting this new protege speed. We wanna make it fast so i'm trying to get some info on the kinds of Fuel management system they might have for this car. I'm not taking about FMU's, i'm talking about systems that give you the ability to dyno tune a new setup with a fuel map. Any info or web links will help. thanx

any stand alone will function just fine. there are a couple piggy backs, but our ecu doesn't usually like piggy backs

If you want to make it "fast," get rid of the stock ECU, it hates piggyback fuel management. Save up for an Electromotive or Autronic standalone.
