Fuel filter ideas?, OEM or aftermarket

I'm thinking about changing my fuel filter for the first time and was wondering if i should just get the oem one for a mp3? or get a different one since my car is turboed, i'm not sure if the turbo and begi rising rate fuel pressure reg. makes a difference in getting the stock one or a better?

OH, and where is our fuel filters located, please tell me it under the pass. side and not in the tank!!!!

there is NO aftermarket because its in the gas tank
