do not do business with these asshole. after hearing complaints about rust and stuff...i figured i'd order one and just clear coat it or something...that was 3 months ago! they got my $$$ but never sent the grill. i emailed them saying that they were doing business wrong(when someone pays you, they want their product!) he asked for my paypal acc,to credit me back my 70 bucks...no credit either...these assholes should be boycotted! :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:

Those assholes did the exact same thing to me. I still haven't received my grill or a refund. And it's impossible to complain through Paypal, they are just as bad. I would give anything if I could get my company to send me on a business trip to Toronto, or wherever the heck they are from. I do have their business phone number if anyone is interested in calling them directly to complain.

Actually you can complain through paypal. And I would urge everyone to do so. If they get enough complaints they will get their acct suspended. I would also suggest you try to contact them.

I ordered from Atgrills and after 1 week I realized they were not going to ship my grill I did complain to paypal and got my money back. Good Luck faceman

i emailed paypal from there site, no response...atgrills emailed me to say i never gave them an account to credit it to...bulls***! if they took the money from somewhere...they can put it back there, correct? good luck swimmer...let me know if anything works.

They sent me an email today as well stating that they gave me a refund, I'll have to check the bank tomorrow.
