Split Second Fuel and Timing Calibrator (FTC) for the MSP - Sold. This is in my opinion the best ems system out there for the MSP. I have owned the Unichip in the past, and can say with confidence that the FTC is far superior in performance. My FTC comes preloaded with a completely tuned map for the MSP, straight from the split second (I was the test car for split second). The FTC elminates all hesitation, increases fuel economy, allows for increased boost levels, and improves overall drivability of the MSP. You are also able to tune it with a laptop as opposed to taking it to a specialized tuner. Buy with confidence, as I have a great reputation on the forums. PM me with offers.

I would agree with the OP, this is the best piggyback for the MSP.

It also has a built in MAP sensor which helps eliminate issues with MAF maxing out and allows for a much better tune.

you still use a maf, its just kinda a redundant system, runs both, works better, and you are correct, this requires wire splicing, the Unichip is the only plug and play unit for the MSP that I'm aware of... Its not too big of a job though.

i wired in the non timing controlled unit and it took maybe 30 min. if that. Hardest part of the whole thing is dealing with the metal plate that the ECU is attached to haha.
