As title says i have a Jbaron shifter plate for sale.

Their is a washer missing. It installed and ran find with out issues, without it.
You can get one for a couple cents at a local hardware store if it bothers you that much.

Is this the original design or the updated design that jbarone released recently?

Some existing owners of our Short Throw Shift Plates have expressed concern about the boot on the shifter cable rubbing the linkage. Im pleased to announce an updated design to my already popular Short Shift Plate for the MAZDASPEED 3. The updated design virtually eliminates this condition while maintaining the 38.5% reduction in throw. The new design has been tested and some of you may have already received one with it.

I have this plate and kit. its a great product from a great vendor

Most offers for parts here are 1/3 or 1/2 off.. I'd drop the price a little?? All the pms I get are for 1/2 off retail straight up.. Almost never any more..
