FS: HKS bov blackout ed. w/flanges $125obo shipped!!

ok so i just picked this up in a deal.. its the blackout edition from SU.. the retail is like $300 on this.. the only thing wrong with it, is it needs the rubber gasket and has lotsa little scratches.. its easily fixable with some sanding and decent paint.. im asking $125 shipped.. or if you just want the flanges $50 shipped and ill sell the HKS separate for $95 shipped.. the needle part is fine and it functions well.. this isnt the knockoff version it has the HKS logo embedded on it.. ill also take offers if you have anything to trade.. thanks my paypal: Markspd6@gmail.com

I have no idea?? I'm gonna assume it was when it was assembled? Cuz the retaining clip can be a b****!! But, since I've owned this before I know it's complete and I pulled it apart to make sure it's complete inside.. Either way these kits are almost $300 new so for the savings you could easily repaint it..

And I replaced the rubber gasket last night.. So it's complete.

Just the flange for $50? They retail $39 new and aren't beat to hell.

It's Both parts the flange and recirc piece.. The retail is like $70 on the pair, And the flanges are mint.. It's the HKS that's scratched.. And of course it's obo..
