I came across this CP-E Sri that has been in the closet for sometime, I totally forgot about it, bought it a long time ago when I was waiting for my replacement COBB MAF unit with the whole bent fins ordeal. Anyhow it was used less then 500 miles, so its basically new. My loss your gain. New $210

Why did you switch from this to the COBB SRI? Is this a "lesser" SRI?

I'm stock right now. Considering an SRI or CAI, but I don't want to get a crappy one if I do decide to buy.

this is definitely not a 'crappy' one; cp-e makes very good stuff. I've been running one of these for over a year -- it's great.

Only reason why I went back to the cobb is cuz I started with a cobb and everything I have it cobb it seems, plus It took forever for my replacement MAF assembly to get replaced so it was purchased as a spare otherwise I would say the CP-E is excellent!

Any idea on power gain with this?

How does it affect mileage? I've seen some people say that SRI's and CAI's increase mileage.

It all depends on how you drive the car. If you romp on the gas all the time then of course your gas mileage will go down, if you stay out of boost then your gas mileage goes up.
You're looking at about a 15hp gain over the stock airbox

it says they have one for the Speed 6 I wonder if it's just the mounting bracket? if so maybe if your serious drop them a email and maybe just maybe they would send you one for free?? JUST HOPING.
