ill do $140 shipped, but just remember that this is the SU edition that sells from SU for $189+$45 for the K&N filter (which is easier to clean/maintain). Understandably there are signs of use because they were on my vehicle, but they are in perfect working order and cleaned thoroughly. and those "signs of use" are minor at best. not trying to antagonize, just validating my reason for the price.
