The hot/cold pipes are slightly different between the 06 and 07 models. The MS3 and CX7 are the same as the 07 MS6 IIRC.

The difference is that the Cold Pipe on the 06 MS6 has the 90 degree bend in it and the boost tube is very short and straight. On the 07 MS6, CX7s and MS3s the Cold pipe has only a slight bend and you need a boost tube with a 90 degree bend in it. I don't think there are any differences on the hot side of the intercooler. Hope that helps.
