Hmm... too high for MA and not sure how well it removes. GLWS!

Don't let the tints be the one thing holding you back from the car. I just bought a MS3 with tints all around and had to remove the front tints the next day to comply with Chicago law (bastards). The method I used involved a cheep ($25) handheld clothes steamer and a lot of patience. Basically you just steam one area at a time and VERY slowly pull the tint off the window, if you do it slow enough the tint comes off and does not leave any glue behind. Real simple, no mess, no chemicals. It takes a while though, took me just under 2 hours.

I followed these instructions:
http://www.instructables.com/id/How-to-remove-car-window-tint:-the-not-messy,-chea/

Best part is when you're done you can return the steamer (they generally do a crap job of straightening clothes).

Hope it helps

removing tint would be cheap compared to the price of the car.

and i have the same tint on both my cars here in MI, and there can be no tint on the front windows. then again, most cops here around detroit dont really care.

My major concern is the rear defroster... I understand often tint removal damages it. In MA, 35% transmission is the minimum and is enforced.

The car is tempting, though.

Unless the cop is a complete dick, your not going to get pulled over for unless your already got pulled over for something else.

My dad has had 18% all around for almost 3 years now on his ms6 and 4 years in his P5. Never gotten pulled over in FL. only state he got pulled over in was VA but thats because your not suppose to have tint on your front windows at all.

some states are more anal about it. in minnesota, they pull you over for that crap, because they have nothing better to do.

im surprised they only allow 35 on the rears... that isnt really that much if you ask me.
