Front windows auto mode not working

I left one of the dome lights on for a week so today I had to jumpstart my Cx9.

Now I noticed the auto feature on both front door windows is not working. Today I drove about 40 miles in the city, about an hour, and the car is starting again with no problem, but the auto is still not working. I havent noticed any other fault, even the sunroof, a similar function, is working properly.

Can this fault be related to the battery drain or low charge? Is there any kind of reset I can do to turn it on again?

Yes. You need to reset the auto-up/down window.
It is in the OM.
