Front License Plate Installation

I recently moved to a state which requires front license plate. I don't want to ruin the appearance by drilling holes into my front bumper. Are there any other ways/installation kits available in the market which does not require drilling holes? Appreciate your response

Zip tie it to the plastic on the front bumper would be the easiest/cheapest way

Does the cx9 have a front toe hook? if so you might be able to use this or maybe something similar.

Here in Australia all states require the number plate on the front. The CX9 comes with a attachment point from the factory. You might be able to get your dealer to get one in for you from Mazda. See picture:
