Front Bumper Swap

So i have a 1999 Protege (ES) and wanted to swap out the front bumper for the 2003 Protege5:

and noticed that the headlights are really different. is there anyway i either could still use my headlights and fabricate the bumper to fit or fabricate everything else to make the newer headlights fit with the new bumper. Cause i kinda really like the newer headlights as appose to the ones i have now.
Like does the ENTIRE front end of the protege differ from year to year?

The P5 bumper will fit but the Protg had a facelift in 01 so you'd need to swap out the fenders and hood as well as the P5 headlights. You'd also need to do some wiring as the P5 headlights are dual beam (separate high and low beams) whereas the sedan does not. To avoid the wiring you could use 01+ sedan/MP3/MSP headlights.

Where can I find the protege5 speed bumper with fogs I only can find the ones with fog deletes I have a 2002 p5 and want the added lip or is it best just to but lip
