Front bumper cover for tow hook

Anybody know where I can get the small square cover for the front tow hook for 2009 Mazda 5? Used the tow hook to strap on my kayak and forgot to remove the cover from bumper.

It's called the Tow Bracket Cover. The dealer would be your easiest choice, followed by a junk yard.
