Like the title says, I have gotten my front, and passenger side AWR, 70 durometer, motor mounts in tonight. Man what a difference. The car feels way more solid under acceleration, vibration at idle with or without accessories being driven is minimal. I wouldnt even notice if i didnt have a hand on the shifter, and a foot on the clutch. I will be installing the driver side inserts this weakened. I will be leaving the firewall mount stock, as I believe that getting a stiffer mount on the firewall will throw a lot of vibration into the cabin, and honestly I am happy with the marked improvement i have already. Also, as always dealing with Protege Garage, was a pleasant and speedy process, Protege Garage will continue to be my first choice when it comes to anything for my Protege.

-To sum it all up the AWR 70 durometer front motor mount, and side inserts, are
a strongly recommended modification for all Proteges stock or otherwise. This is the way they should have came from Mazda.

-Increase in vibration with only the front and sides installed is negligible.

-Protege Garage once again proves that they are the go to site for anything
you need for your Protege. Good job at kicking ass yet again Ken.

i got front and rear.. no side nserts.. yes it does vibrate.. but theres as much of a diffrence between having only the front on from stock as there is from going from the front on with the back on..

with the 2 the car is abolutly rock solide.. you can dump the clucth and no wheel hop.. but that not very good on the LSD..

i'll nver go back to having just having the front of even being stock.

I have SLS side mount and front with insert for driver side from awr and i'm installing this weekend the rear motor mount from awr but i think its a 95 even tho i did not order that stiff lets see what happens.

it's easier when you try it you're self first then you'll seee what the fuzz is about.
I have the SLS front one and SU rear one combo, in my opinion this could be the least vibration combo , but in general vibration is vibration so there's no way escaping it. I'd say try the Front+Rear SU combo , they look preaty solid and very good quality, the sides don't change em unless you know what you getting your self into.
First time you put both of them on you'll hate you're self for doing such a thing but w/ patience you'll either go back or be happy w/ it. Side note: try to put them one at a time and give some time in between so you can adj. your self to the changes better that way imo.
