From MP3T to 2004 Evo

hehe nice choice.

No updates on my car- well at least nothing fun. I got an oil change, tire rotation, and had to replace all four brake pads. lol . Lately all my mod money has been going towards wedding stuff (date is March 25th)- and anything left over is for maintenance related garbage.

I've been messing with the tune on the SAFC-II a bit and can feel a slight gain in power. Car feels fast, but still not as fast as it would be with an EcuTek flash or custom tune.

I like the look of the evo, but with what I knot about mitsubishi's id rather get the STI eventhough I think they're ugly. Nice evo though man. I'd still take it over my car, lol.

Oh ya, that guy posts a lot. He's got a nice setup too!

Back on topic though- I got gas this morning lol.

do you have any experience with the buschur exhaust w/ magnaflow? i want to keep it not too loud and i've heard this is a good option and someone locally is selling one. i need to make sure it fits an 05 first, but the sound is important too

i've seen it and heard it.
nice sound, not too loud. it looks funky though, that's why i didnt go with it.
muffler is angled weirdly.

not a bad setup if you dont care about looks.

yea i was checking out some pics, it does look a little weird. it's an older slip fit one though so i'm thinking it'll have more play than the newer flanged ones as far as fitment goes. i saw one pic where it looked good, others where it wasn't so good. it'd come with a cat and a cat delete pipe too so the cat would help keep it quiet

speaking of evo's.. there is a dark gray mr evo for sale in tucson. i see it everyday to work at the mitsubishi dealership, its so badass looking. (rockon)
