^^have u tried in-n-out?

I haven't seen one on the east coast yet. But the last time I was in CA, you bet I went there. Very good burgers. Almost as good as The Varsity in Athens, GA.

Yea, Im going to go get one in about 2 hours :D

I'm going there in two hours and picking up about 20. Bringing them back for my coworkers.

The company memo that went out to all the stores says 'This is a FREE offer, and while ads may carry disclaimers of "limit one per customer" we WILL NOT dispute requests for multiple servings'.

HAHAHAHH I have worked for the company for 5yrs and I run my own restaurant....they will tell you what you want...but take it from me....you'll have to purchase something such as a salad or combo to get a free coupon...there just not going to give away all those frosties for free..Imagine people just coming up and asking for frosty all day, kids eating and then coming back and then again....and again.....I have already ordered my supplies for this weekend...

think it's BS ask Spicy and BAzooka Joe from the NEPOC section where I work(smoke)

I'm calling BS... You've now been officicially PWNED!

NEW YORK (CNN/Money) - Wendy's restaurants are giving away free Frostys frozen desserts this weekend as a thank you to customers who supported the burger chain following an embarrassing incident in California where a women allegedly planted a severed finger in a bowl of chili.

<!--startclickprintexclude--><!--endclickprintexclude-->"Our customers stood by us while we defended our good name and protected our employees' livelihoods, so now we're showing our appreciation with free Frostys," Tom Mueller, Wendy's chief executive, said in a press release. "We're moving on."

<!--startclickprintexclude--><!--endclickprintexclude--><SCRIPT language=JavaScript><!--var clickExpire = "-1";//--></SCRIPT>The incident has hurt Wendy's (Research) business, particularly on the West Coast, with the company estimating same store sales took a 2 to 2.5 percent hit in the most recent quarter.

<!--startclickprintexclude--><!--endclickprintexclude-->Anna Ayala of Las Vegas caused a media sensation in March with her claim of the finger in her food at a San Jose, Calif., Wendy's. Police have since charged Ayala with attempted grand theft.

<!--startclickprintexclude--><!--endclickprintexclude-->The company estimates it will give away 14 million Junior Frostys during the event, which runs nationwide from Friday through Sunday. No other purchase is required.

But wouldnt that be false advertising, and hurt the company more? From the website its doesnt say anything about purchasing anything, just says Limit One Per Person.

No coupon is required, so I don't know what you are talking about.

it has been being advertised on our local radio stations... Come in and Say,'Free Frosty', say please if you feel the need but is not necessary, stating no additional purchase either?
I drive right by 3(Reed Hartmen, Tylersville and Springboro) of them on the way home. I will stop at each and ask for a refill? :)

I dont expect you to understand...but Let me also Just say

I dont know about your area but to prevent people coming in back five times our area has maybe taken it a step ahead of other area's according to the talk I just had with my District Manager......

So with that I also would like to take back what I said earlier and to also clarify that im only speaking for my area...

If you get a combo or a salad you also get a free coupon for a frosty....let me say" IN my Area"

Were expecting such a large turnout that we even have raincheck coupons incase the frosty machines go down.... so if this happens when you go by a wendy's please ask for a raincheck coupon.

Well I just walked in and got 20 free frosties without even buying anything. Then again I do go there a lot and have talked to that manager before. YMMV, the advertising says 'limit one per customer' but they are instructed not to dispute requests for multiples

The one closest to my job is a franchise.

All I have to say is that if you are not honoring a nationwide promotion (no purchase necessary free jr. frosty), you may very well piss a lot of customers off. People are going to come in expecting to get what is advertised.

I just went today - got a free frosty and they also gave me a coupon for $1 off my next purchase!!(thumb)

I just walked in and asked for two frosties without a problem!
The cashier was quite polite about it and asked me if I wanted more than two, but I graciously declined.
The customer behind me did not ask for one with her order, yet the cashier still took the time to inform her about the free offer.
As usual though, YMMV.
