Frame braces

Have any of the regulars (Laloosh and others) that have seriously bumped up the power output of their cars considered adding some of the frame braces to their cars? I'm thinking in particular of the front strut tower cross braces that are out there. Launching hard on the strip with the stock front end and all that extra power must be doing interesting things to your chassis.

I would like to but the most complete set of braces from Autoexe is a mere 1000 dollars.
