Has anyone put the FS-ZE cams/pistons in a FP-DE? If not, how do ya think it would do?

Another question, I've read where the FS-DE starts to have piston acceleration force issues above 7000rpm, but the FS-ZE is rated to have stock power peak at 6800. Did they still stop revving them at 7K?

Why not just get hi comp pistons and regrinds? Save money

However to answer your question the FS-ZE pistons wouldnt net the same compression ratio as they do stock in a FP-DE. Wouldnt bother personally.

Get some pistons/rods made up that are bit longer and pistons with the wrist pin moved further up.

And yeah the FS-ZE still suffers from the same fate whether the rods and wrist pin are stronger im unsure. AFAIK though they arnt.
