Clownfish and Lara are right. Get the law man. I'm glad I did that when someone I know was doing stupid s*** to me back in the day. They didn't think it would catch up to them, but it did! If I would have hit them, or did the same s*** they were doing, and got caught, all my credibility would have been gone, not to mention I'd be in the same boat with them. Make sure you document any future occurances of incidents. Get your s*** together, and hit the law up!

For real, do what Lara says. It will stay on her record and follow her around if you can get the conviction. Plus, if she is guilty, most likely she will freak out or trip up when she is questioned by the police. It is pretty easy to spot a liar.

i filed a police report the very next day after finding out what happend so thats all covered... and ima go to the police station and tell them my friend told me she told him that she did and ill just tell them the full story...

i also would like to sue for like 15g's the LEAST!!! how should i go about doin that...

No, you're supposed to let her have some time to forget about you and your paint-job, then you can **** her up any way you want. Right now, if something bad happens, you're gonna be the first person she accuses because she knows that you know what she did, and she's probably expecting some kind of revenge.

Do some homework on her personal life. Then in two months, have her water and electricity turned off, then call the garbage company, the phone company, every utility she has and have them all turned off. Then call her parents and tell them that you're worried about her heroin addiction and she needs help, etc. I'm sure you can think of some great ways to mess with her.
