Found a Carbon Fiber Hood!!!!

hey guys I was browsing through Ebay Motors for mazda 3 5dr stuff. Well, I found a guy selling a Carbon Fiber hood for the 5dr. I was kind of concerned about the quality and the seller has no feed-back. BUT, he has feedback on his 4-door carbonfiber hoods, and they were all positive. '

Well, it says it's B-stock, and there are manufacturing defects, so I'd imagine it'd be taking a bit of a risk. Too bad, it's a nice looking hood too!

B-stock? what's that supposed to mean.
I'm aware of Minor manufacture defects.
I'm thinking it's probably one of thier prototypes

i wouldn't if i were you. too many things fishy with this.

no feedback, crappy pic, "all sales final" for example.

if it sounds too good to be true then i probably is too good to be true!

I am actually *thrillkill666* and was the winner for that specific auction. I am waiting for the hood, but it seems legit. He gave me a tracking number and it shows that it should be delivered in a day or 2. I will let you know how it turns out an post some pics.

Well. I got it! Looks great too. VERY minor defects. Well worth the discounted price. (No that's not a dent, just an odd shadow)

Unsure how I feel about the front end.

The frickin' grill is killing me. I think it would look better w/ the jspec grill on it. I like the hood though, looks cool.

Not bad. I have to agree about the grill though. Does anyone know how those hoods hold up in bad weather (snow, etc.)? I have to think salt, dirt, etc. that collects on the hood during the has to do something to it.
