I have a brand new Eastwood fender rolling tool that I am willing to rent out to the forum. Along with the roller I will include a dual setting Wagner heat gun with the rental. I bought all of this to roll my fenders to fit 18x8.5 wheels on my MS6. I thought I would see if you guys would like the opportunity to use the tool without having to fork over $250 for the tool plus $40 for the heat gun.
Here are a few of the stipulations for the rental:
1. Rental cost is $40 for two weeks plus shipping costs. For every day after two weeks the cost will be $5. This is from the day I ship the roller out to the day I receive it back in my hands. (For example: If I send the roller to you and I receive it 20 days after I ship it out, the total cost will be $70 plus the price it cost me to ship to you. You are responsible for the cost to ship it back to me)
2. A $300 deposit will be required at the time of rental. When I receive the tools back in satisfactory condition, I will refund the deposit less the rental and shipping expenses.
3. Damage to the tools will not be tolerated. I reserve the right to use the $300 deposit to repair any damage to the roller or the heat gun. Please use caution and take care with these tools. This is a delicate procedure and you can damage the roller if you use excessive force.
4. I am not responsible in any way to any damage that using these tools may cause to your car.
Instructions will be included for both the roller and the heat gun for your convenience.
I will not charge a flat rate to ship. I feel this is unfair to the buyer/renter. I will charge actual shipping costs which I suspect can range anywhere from $10-30 depending on where you are located in the US (I am in Raleigh, NC).
I will have a full contract that I will send to any interested parties. You are expected to fill out this form and fax it with your signature back to me. I will ship out the roller immediately after I receive the $300 deposit.
I will only be able to accept PayPal at this time as I do not have a credit card machine just yet.
I will start a waiting list here. If you would like to rent the tool and it is already out with someone else, you will be added to the waiting list. When your turn comes up on the waiting list, you have 48 hours to make the deposit payment or your spot on the list will be forfeited to the next person.
If there is enough demand, I plan on stocking several rollers so there is no waiting time for you guys.
