NICE, same place as i'm going to get my rims... hmmm

they have a package combo too which makes em even cheaper me thinks, order em together

edit: help me decide which rims to get from there, i cant decide between gunmetal or bronze 5zigen's :(

I love bronze on a black car
Shipping is raping me! $108 to ship rims and tires :(

Ya online is the way to go. I stopped at our local Sears Automotive dept (only place that carries Falkens around here) and they were like YA wer carry them but only have 2in stock, they are on sale right now for $118.00 each buy them now because the regualr price is $124.00. I was like yea right! I can get them on line for like 73 bucks each. Sears can kiss my ass!

Bah, i'm trying to decide if i should get my rims and tires through them. I need new tires anyways, and i could sell my rims and get new ones for about the same price...

Oh...also...

I changed my brakes over the weekend. All 4 tires are bald or near bald on the inside.

After I get my new tires on, I plan to get an alignmentment. Do you guys recommend the dealership, or somewhere else? Also, should I dig up some specs to make sure they have the right numbers for the MSP?

That's what I thought about doing, just getting a new package deal then selling the RH's for around $400-500.

But then I decided that even though the RH's weigh about 1 billion pounds, I will keep them since they are original to the car.

And the answer is....

They ordered the wrong tires, that's why they were so cheap. Because of the screw up though, he said he would give me a deal.

Around $375 installed with lifetime warranty and rotation.

Still not a bad deal.

LOL that sucks!!
But 375 is still a pretty good deal. thats less than edgeracing after shipping.

Yeah...exactly what I figured. They tried to tell me that they were $102 a tire. I told them they are on Edge for $73 and on discounttiredirect for $77. So he gave me that price.

Why get those when you can now get the GS-D3s for $95/tire WITH a $40 gift card on top of that, and from The Tire Rack? Quality! www.tirerack.com, bought 'em today, $40 shipping, ordered 'em this morning and they already shipped 'em out.

Need All Season here in MN.

i got my tires at Quick Lane. they will meet or beat anybodies price on the tires that they sell. so i took an ad from sears to quick lane and the ad was like 480 for 4 BFGoodrich G-force sports (mounted and balanced). so i ended up spending 460 at quicklane with an alignment, mounted and balanced. free road-hazard coverage. and they also cleaned the rotors and hubs. and cleaned the all the brake dust from my rims.

Good point in the all-seasons... but just wait and I may have a set of good snows coming up for sale, on perfect P5 wheels. I have two sets, deciding which set to keep....

Got the new tires put on yesterday, so far so good. I tested them around a few clover leafs and take offs.

I think it's a good tire for the $.
