That shooting at the Foxy Lady was like something out of a movie. Totally unreal...and unpredictable. He had no record. But why wear the bullet proof vest if you are going to take your own life?
So can someone explain to me why the U.S. Constitution still protects this ****-nut's right to own an assault rifle? I don't think shooting up a night club falls under the 'sporting' category. You sure as hell can't shoot a deer with one of those. I don't get it. How can the NRA be so powerful that s*** like this can happen?

i hear you and i'm not a nra guy, but the sad part is he'd probaly have killed them with another weapon...let's face it, he is/was out of his mind...he could have done any number of things to have inflicted pain or death without a rifle....even if he didn't have a lic or permit, he could have got a gun off the street in about 30 mins...maybe if we ban all guns, but then the black market would be thriving more that the stock market...my dad was a MP and had/carried a weapon his whole life and never killed anyone or any animal...he collected, target shot at the local gun club and taught me how to handle and respect firearms
