fog lights

Let me interduce myslef:

42 year old just bought a Mazda 6S - 03, put about 900 miles on it this holiday weekend and so far I am very happy.

Now for my question, what are the options for fog lights? I noticed there is a empty slot on the headlight assembly, also there are the OEM lights you can get for the front spoiler or air dam. Which are the ones most of you using? Where is the best place to get them?

Howdy Pete.
The answer to your question is whether or not you have the sport package. I assume you don't since your asking for fogs.

In the states, you can only get the lower fogs if you have the base model or appearance package. The fogs will otherwise go into the housing if you have the sport package.

And to answer your question as to where to purchase, mazdastuff.com usually has decent prices for oem equipment.

I have the compelte body kit the only thing missing was the fogs. I know that some Eruro models put the fog lights in the light assembly which would be more than fine by me.

I've never actually heard of anyone putting the fogs into the aseembly with a non-sport 6. Since the foglights there now are just dummies, i'm not even sure if the electronics are present behind them.

You will need to purcahse a new stalk regardless of which route you take. If you purcahse the lower fogs they come with the kit.Otherwise I believe it's $60ish. If you don't have the sport package, you are probably best off just purcahsing the lower kit.
