I have a similar question. I have a 2005 i, and I want to add the fogs in in the top lights. I'm wondering what bulbs I should use, considering it seems I will have to wire them in myself.

The only place I've seen anything is on e-bay. I haven't been able to get anything from the dealerships or anywhere else. I'm going to get THESE some day.

IIRC, the first (03-05) 6's had fogs in the headlight assemblies. After the mid-year refresh, they started putting them in the lower bumper portion. You may have to swap headlights.

Here is the issue. There is no housing to hold the bulbs for the upper fogs on my 6. The wiring is there, even the fog relay is there. It tests, and I found the fire at the headlight switch that fires the relay. The wiring isnt an issue, I can add a switch no problem. The issue is the housing to hold the H1 bulbs. It lacks them. There is just the outer casing and no inner housing to actually HOLD the buld and supply ground.

Anyone know where I can find a housing or am I looking at making one myself?

I looked at Trademotion and they only thing they list MAY be the right part but they are $150 each, not worth the money for a rear housing which is basically just a metal frame.

Anyone?
