Fog lights that fit 03.5 lip without cutting

i know somebody had a set that fit without having to cut the lip, they were a little bit smaller than the OEM fogs....

anybody know?

Flea bay fogs... They look like they have a halo around them as so do mine... But if you want I can get you a link when I get home, or just search universal 4" diameter fogs
