Ok well I dunno really what to say besides my little experience with these fogs.
The first day I got the car I decided to white out the entire front with some hyper whites and turn signals. I changed the bulbs no problem dont' touch them blah blah. Everythign worked....
Went out last month for some car pics with a friend... his hyperwhite fogs one of the was burnt out.. look at mine and the same left one is burnt out.. No big deal I paid $20 for them, let's get another set.
Take out the bulbs... replace them with the new ones... That same one wasn't working... I was getting pissy... so I reverse the lights.. and all of a sudden then both work.... ok good stuff... WRONG...
I screw them back on ready to go.. one last check boom they both don't work.. I was WTF is going on... check the lights everything is cool.. the fuse is still ok.. I got current going to the lights... what's wrong....
So me being pissed out of my tree for spending an hour changing bulbs look at my first set of hyper whites... both of them where not burnt... like WTF is up with this.... I get pissed and put the OEM stock lights back in... guess what... not one works... I said **** it and drove around with no fogs but kept the swtich on....
1 week later I got one fog on.. I was like wtf this is weird... So I decide to pull over and tap the light that wasn't on and boom it goes on... I was like WHAT... So now I have two sets of hyper whites that work... and no patience to put them back in cause I dont' want to go through all that s*** again....
Mazda can't explain it besides telling me connection was bad... I was like you just don't tap a light and it goes on and stays on now for 1 month at a time... but they both work.. and they are on all the time... so, I dunno what' sup with that...
I was told to wash the light bulbs with 99.9% rubbing alchool to get everythign off before you put them in... maybe that will help you next time... it didn't for me.. but oyu never know.... LOL
