Oh yeah and an MP3 ....that i loved the drop on!
Find out what springs those are.....They have to be the Sportlines...Have to be.
Oh and I rode in a MSP with a FMIC....It is the next must have item to get!
Matt
Sorry for the threadjack! Youe FMIC looks good...After last night ,I know you are happy with it.

looks nice. got any details on the license plate thing? I'm gonna do that when I get an FMIC. Stupid front plate laws. Oh yeah, and do you have any issues with the hood at highways speeds or higher?

the bracket was made out of some galvinized metal and a plastic piece that you need to remove when you instal your frount mount. i will try and take a pic of the plastic part. my hood does buffet at highway speeds. i do have a few cracks from when one of the tech inspectors at a track day tried to close it without removing the hood prop. i will be putting in pins when i get a chance.

Sweet, Looks great. I was going to do the same thing to the MP5T but figured that the FLIC was so much bigger than what the Mazdaspeed comes with, that it was already overkill. The car is never at WOT for more than 20 seconds, so there is no way that could ever get heatsoaked.

brian: i didn't use the plate holder that is just the plate on the bracket that i made.
I understand, to each his own man. It's great that you lke it, that's all that counts. Great job.

I think it looks cool with the plate off center. I like function before form, and I think it looks good. I'm gonna do the same thing when I get my FMIC. Don't want that plate blockin the airflow.

sorry brian when i read your post i was in a hurry i thought you mentione the plate bracket being larger and not the intercooler.

what airflow, there is none? Blocking more air putting it over the vent :)
