I got a big cooler. I can bring it down full of soda. I am also good for ketchup, BBQ sauce (Sonny's honey BBQ), mustard and the usual stuff. What kind of meat you thinking? I can get a flat of 16 chicken thighs for 6 bucks each at Sam's. Thinking of hot dogs too?

We got a month and a half, should have enough time for people to plan to make the meet.

Miami was a great party town when I was younger but I'm too old now. "Yes, too old to begin the training... " (Yoda) lol But I do miss Florida. But then again, I have my job here and I work for a great chief and I don't think other departments will be quite like this one. We thought about moving to Jacksonville, but I'd have to be 4 years on the force up here or have a 4 year degree to be with Jacksonville PD (and I have neither.... ) But oh well... one day I shall make it back to FL. I miss the lotto too... could've been a millionare by now damnit. And ahhhhh the ocean breezes, the salty air... one day...

I'm in for a Mazda meet anytime after Aug 13th (as long as I don't have Army crap the same weekend, I missed NOPI last year because of that). I know my friend will come w/ his 01 ES too. Hey, whats this charity car meet in Melbourne? Do you know who's putting it on?

My group, Brevard Motorsports is putting it on. Should be a good turnout for us. Lots of cars, and every penny goes to charity. But I don't want to threadjack, check the thread dedicated to the show also here in the Florida section.

ya alot of people are going from florida, i plan on going.....

on the contrary, i say we keep it cheap and stick to hamburgers and hotdogs dude...otherwise u may end up with people tryin to eat the food and not givin ya any money.....ill be more then happy to bring somethin or just throw down some cash....

It will be mostly burgers 'n dogs, chickn will be in short supply...I'm not rich,but I dont ask anyone brings money...just show up and some people bring some drinks,soda's,chips,potato salad,beans etc...bbq food...mostly IMPORTANTLY, ***BE THERE !!!****

October 2nd! It will be 2 weeks after NOPI. Maybe with the more notice, people can start asking for it off from work, so more can come out.
