Flashing Question

If I get my ECU Flashed what is the highest safe boost I could turn a BC up to. I won't get a BC until 75000 miles so I kinda wanna get rid of the hesitation until then but I will definatly wanna get a boost controller after that. So.... Can I flash and be able to turn my boost up later?

Yeah but I believe it advances timing, so I think most people ran 9 psi with a flashed ecu. You won't be able to boost as high as someone with a non flashed ecu.
