Fish Tank Pics

Last weekend I put some black vinyl backing on the tank. Turned out nice.

I did what the pet store does - spray painted the back and sides blue.
I'm not showing a picture of my pathetic 10 gal. tank with 30 orange sword-tails.

Molly fish like to be in pairs, but whatever you do, be careful not to get a male and female. I have a 30g tank with about 40 fish of all kinds but mostly molly now. ;)

Don't feed them so much and the young won't survive (they will eat them)!

Oh, I know. I've had them for years and usually bring the fry to the local pet store or just leave in the tank. This one batch I put in a separate tank on my office desk and watched them grow. In fact when I put them back in the tank I spotted more fry! Dang live breeders.

so i got the glass catfish today.... they are really scared right now so they are hiding... which sucks because they are so freaking cool.

next is a betta

pics coming once its done

ive got a couple of fish tanks... a 55 gal, with macaw cichlids, firemouth, polypterus, hujeta gar, id shark, dempsey, convict, and a featherfin synodontis. and a smaller tank with a betta, ghost knife fish, king zebra pleco, clown fish, killie fish and some other stuff.... have some pics and videos,

Pics of my Fish Tank

It's a Fluval Vicenza special edition 72 gal. It's sweet cause the filter comes up through the bottom of the tank through special fittings so there's no bulls*** hoses hanging over the back. It's a fluval 405 and their new digital heater with LED temp. display that changes color if it's too hot, cold or just right. It came with the cabinet as well, sliding gloss walnut doors, with an extra "under light" that lights the display area or the tank from the bottom. The canopy is automatic as well, and features dual 54w T5's. (That's why I am actually able to grow all that plant life in there!) Also, how the hell I kept my Cichlids from pulling all those up I'll have no idea...

All the plants are real, (and flourishing I might add!) and the wood is authentic Malaysian driftwood. The fish (for those who care) are as follows:

- 3 Bala Sharks
- 1 Clown Loach
- 3 Electric Yellow Cichlids
- 1 Red Parrot Cichlid
- 1 Acei Cichlid
- 1 Pictus Catfish
- 1 Black Plecko
- 1 Random Orange Cichlid

I also added a powerhead 70 with it's own air pump to get more oxy. circulation in there, and there's a pennplax bubblewall buried in the gravel with a Maxima pump. The last 2 pics are my bad 33gal computer room tank, just some barbs n stuff, nothing special. Thanks for looking!
