Well got my first CEL this morning. 3200 miles, and i just had my oil changed a week ago at the dealer. The car is running excellent amd all fluid levels look good. Any ideas? I cant make it back to the dealer till Saturday, its my only day off. Im curious to hear what this could be.

Go get it scanned at autozone. It's free. No one can diagnose something by your description. One time, my mom had a CEL and it came out to be a loose gas cap. Go check it out.

Def get it scanned for free like the recommendation above vs. wasting precious time at the dealer (like I did) when all they may tell you is "We don't know what caused it". I would check your clamps too on IC, BPV, and inlet.

i was just interested in seeing what others CEL's were with similiar mileage, bored at work.

autozone wiont check it for free anymore. Some douche bags dont know how to use their code readers that they used to let people borrow and messed up their ecu's and then tried to sue the auto store and people were clearing codes and then trying to get smog checks before the ecu refreshed and were also trying to sue. Basically its other people's fault who are idiots.

So you will have to pay someone to check it, like at jiffy lube or an oil change place, sometimes they'll do it for free, other times if youre getting an oil change they'll do it for free too.

I just got the P0441 error myself along with p0401.
I read on another forum that Mazda cleans the valve but does not replace it. Did they do this work under warranty?

Tom

Got that combination too, how did you fix it?
