Finding a vacuum leak

unless you're going to try to watch your engine bay while you boost, you won't see smoke blown out of the intake... you'd be looking for where all the smoke in the engine bay was running to...

The problem is that you don't really need to find vac leaks but boost leaks. Get that coupler cover deal with the nipple for the air hose and start filling until you get 15psi and no leaks in the piping. Something like that.
