Man I took my car to a regular brake place to get right front spindle replaced from accident I had in Jan. Mazda dealer kept saying it was normal to have tire sticking way out and steering wheel to be angled to the right when driving. They swapped spindle and my bearings fell out when the removed it from the hub. man my car is like brand new now, Damn, except for the cluck in the rear :(

So I say MAZDA can eat a dick.....

Hey, how much was the spindle?

I had an accident not too long ago ( my wheel got pushed all the way back ).. the only thing that needed fixing was the tablet and the linkbar ( and the rim lol ). I'm currently driving with my winter tires / rims so the driving is like s***, but i have a feeling that my steering wheel seems... different a bit.. hard to explain but then again i havn't driven my winter tires in a few months.

Should have my mags back this friday so i'll really be able to compare if its the winter tires or not, but i may need to change the spindle as well.

And Mazda, ESP Mazda Canada can eat a dick indeed. They take about 30% cut on all parts that you order, directly in their pockets. Ordering directly from Mazda USA or through intermediary with duty and shipping comes out to so much less than what you have to pay at the dealer. And the dealer tried to convince me its not them but its Mazda Canada that keeps the cut ( he actually seemed to admit it ). Don't know who to believe. hehe

"Mazda dealer kept saying it was normal to have tire sticking way out and steering wheel to be angled to the right when driving"

how did they even keep a straight face trying to tell someone that?

I am not sure of cost of spindle, my insc. company paid for it I just picked it up from a guy at mazda dealer to take to a brake shop byu my pad, because I did not want them going near my car again.

but the guy at brake shop said that if you hit a curb even at slow speeds that the spindle/knuckle will bend very easily, so if you should have it checked out

I wonder how much it's gonna cost to have something like that fixed. As a lot of members on here may remember, I had a pretty bad curbing incident a long time ago and my car had never really been the same since. I should look into having the front right spindle replaced to then.
