but i can not make up my mind at all on what to get. Im torn between the CP-E HPFPump (because ive been warned that the stock pump isnt ready to handle bigger power) the CP-E Single exit CBE (sick sound with dyno's showing around 20hp gains, although im kinda skeptical about that) and then like some sort of suspension mod like lowering springs for a better stance or sways or somthing like that. What do you guys suggest my next mod should be? all i ahve now is the cpe standback II the cpe cai and the hks super sequential. Also maybe it would be more worth it to go with like the corksport downpipe instead of a catback, but i do want the roar from the cbe...i cant make up my mind please help?

thanks

Cbe

Hi,
I can tell you by experience, that the Cpe cat-back does not give 20 hp, at least it doesn't feel like it lol.

The sound is great but It feels strange when you look from behind and you see an empty exhaust hole.

After all, I believe it's a good choice for the sound.
But a downpipe certainly gives you more power if that's what you want most!

I didnt think any catback would give 20hp but yeah im torn between power and handling i want more speed as boost is a drug more powerful that cocain and i want handling because taking a turn fast is one of the greatest feelings in the world but im leaning towards the downpipe because of the sound and the gains. you get a little sound increase from it right?

get a CS catback instead of the CP-e. the reason being that you get a duel outlet instead of just one and they both cost about the same.

I'd spend the money on a CP-e inlet, AWR rear motor mount, and a set of RPM or H&R springs. Good variety of parts, and that should give you more variety for $600.

If you do go exhaust, do the CS over the CP-e.

Alright ill definatly make that the option for catback then. as for springs does it really matter which ones i get (h&r vs rpm etc...) or can i just pick the cheapest and save the money while still knowing i didnt compromise too much on quality?

springs are a toss up on brands.. but, ive got CS mufflers if youre int?? theyre posted here for sale.. and this car needs lots of little parts.. id do a lot of research and buy wisely.. some ms6 parts suck ass!! and are just plain bad for this car..

Don't spend the money on a CP-e fuel pump. You're talking $900+ without sending in your core. Instead, do the KMD internals to your own pump if you're insistent that your stocker isn't keeping up.

In terms of springs, it's all in how much drop you want. RPM offers two heights, and H&R are the lowest. Plan on spending $250 on them alone.

I agree with Blender, if you're gonna do fuel pump work, do the KMD internals and do them yourself (if you have the know-how). That CP-e pump is outrageously expensive.

Okay so far I've narrowed things down by what i want from the car which is more speed and good handling so I'm between the cs dp the h&r springs or a combo between the mounts springs and like suggested earlier an inlet pipe or a diff mount maybe. The more research I do thr mote options I fund intrest in haha

If you have an aftermarket intake already, you will REALLY notice an upgraded inlet pipe. It's also one of the cheaper things on your list of ideas.

I love the AWR motor mount... I also love my exhaust but for the power id get the DP. With the 600 id probably get the AWR mount and the DP.

This is what I recommend for your $600.

I see you already have the SB & a CAI, so the DP (with HF Cat) will bring you the best bang for the buck at this point with NO other issues.

The Corksport downpipe is much cheaper. If you're planning to have this at the track it's also fine, but if this is your daily driver you may want to steer away from a non-catted downpipe. I very much doubt you'll pass a smog test unless you've got a serious hook-up.

If you do decide to go the downpipe route, go with the one Forzda selected. I like Corksport and will probably go with their DP, and I do have a hook-up, but I still can't recommend that anyone break laws or regulations.

Yep, select the cat option on the ATP DP and like I said, all is well with sensors and OBD. The second cat is along for the ride anyway... It (the second cat) is the most restrictive component in the exh system. It isn't the cat material, it's the tiny inlet hole.... Just replacing it with a test pipe will extend the power past 5k rpms to right at 6k rpm.

Surprisingly no one has told you to go to a strip club and make it rain, I feel in my heart of hearts that it's really your best option. Not only do get the obvious benefits, but you get to feel good knowing you helped out some poor girl persue her dreams of a higher education. Kudos.
