yeah it isnt the hoods fault it id off center. i got into an accident a while back and the bumper was pushed in. on a regular non damaged protege it will fit perfect!

I was curious also not glad you had a accident but it explains the gap. That hood is beautiful. If anyone is interested we can still work good deals on these hoods Please PM for pricing I am in work for a post after my current buys close.
